The Silver Spur Ranches in Wyoming and Colorado are located on the main migratory flyways.  Because of the tremendous success the Arapahoe Wildlife Refuge (located in Walden Colorado)  has had with their hatchlings making it to adulthood, bird populations have increased significantly.
